Support and maintain Deltek Maconomy ERP across global agencies, ensuring application stability, performance, and governance compliance.
Configure system settings, manage functional support tickets, and resolve complex application issues with finance and shared services teams.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver process improvements, support enhancements, and facilitate releases and training around financial and project accounting modules.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Deltek Maconomy in functional support or business applications role.
Strong understanding of financial processes: General Ledger, AP, AR, Billing, Project Accounting, Purchasing, Time & Expense.
Experience supporting application enhancements, production releases, and compliance with SOX/internal controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global, multi-company ERP environments supporting finance and project accounting functions.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, globally distributed teams with strong stakeholder collaboration.
Proficient in troubleshooting using SQL and familiar with integration tools (APIs, middleware), and support ticket systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps).
