About This Role
- Serve as primary HR partner and advisor to leadership, translating business priorities into people strategies and actions.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, performance, employee relations, and separation to ensure compliance and employee engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional support including Finance, IT, and Administration to maintain smooth business operations and prepare HR insights for leadership decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant HR experience with both HR Generalist and HR Business Partner roles.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; MBA/PG in HR preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in IT/technology, professional services or similar domain preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting and MS Office/Excel skills.
