Job Description

Support Project Managers and Directors in managing project lifecycle activities including budgeting, forecasting, contract obligations, and progress reporting.
Maintain accurate monthly updates of project data in WSP’s Oracle-based project management system and prepare management documentation including reports and meeting minutes.
Assist with project documentation development, performance metric monitoring, risk and stakeholder registers, supplier contract administration, and coordination within geographically dispersed multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in environment, project management, engineering, science, building, quantity surveying, or equivalent project management experience.
2-4 years of relevant post-graduate experience in project coordination/management with cost control and forecasting exposure.
Strong proficiency in English with an internationally recognized qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Oracle system experience is advantageous.

Experienced coordinating and managing projects within large, geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams and organizations.
Capable of independently managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and contract obligations with attention to detail and financial acumen.
Comfortable working with international teams and maintaining effective communication across time zones.
