Engage with business units to diagnose process inefficiencies, map current-state processes, and develop actionable improvement recommendations including process redesign and AI-enabled solutions.
Design and implement process performance metrics and KPIs to baseline and measure improvements within 60-90 days of engagement start.
Act as liaison between business and technology teams, translating requirements and validating solutions to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
4-8 years experience in business process analysis, operations, consulting, or transformation roles with demonstrated ownership of process work.
Proven proficiency in process mapping and ability to engage business stakeholders directly.
Experience in writing business, data, and technical requirements and developing wireframes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in diagnosing root causes and connecting them to practical improvements including automation or AI solutions.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating across diverse business units and technology teams.
Familiar with Lean/Six Sigma or BPMN frameworks and skilled in process/workflow and data reporting tools like Visio, Miro, Excel, or Power BI.
