Design, develop, and enhance ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including core ITSM module customization and workflow automation.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
Support CMDB and service mapping initiatives aligned with ITIL/CSDM standards and assist in UAT planning and production support activities.
Minimum Requirements
5-6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM.
Undergraduate degree or above.
Experience configuring and customizing ITSM modules such as Virtual Agent, Event Management, Performance Analytics, Request Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB & Asset Management.
Location: Bengaluru (also mentions Hyderabad).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, ITIL processes, and enterprise service management concepts.
Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams and collaborating with business analysts and technical teams.
Strong skills in designing integrations, automation (Flow Designer), and supporting ServiceNow upgrades and governance principles.
