About This Role
- Lead documentation efforts including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and user guides for tax transformation technology products.
- Collaborate with Tax SMEs, technical teams, and project managers across all phases of software development lifecycle in high-impact projects.
- Manage product backlog and sprints in coordination with Product Owner, support operational needs of tax practitioners, and conduct Design Thinking sessions to align solutions with user needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or relevant field.
- 10-13 years of related experience; Tax industry experience is a plus.
- Good to have Business Analyst certification (not strictly mandatory).
- Work Experience Required: 10-13 years in relevant business analysis or related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business and technology in tax-related digital transformation projects, comfortable managing product backlogs and facilitating Agile processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and tax domain experts to deliver technology-enabled solutions for tax professionals.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Alteryx, PowerBI) and tax compliance or financial systems enhances fit but is not mandatory.
