Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Own operational support and troubleshooting for enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, and MFA.
Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events and IAM incidents within SLAs, supporting identity lifecycle processes and enforcing access controls.
Participate in compliance activities such as access reviews and audits, contribute to process improvements, runbook documentation, and mentor junior analysts in a 24x7 global security operations environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or security operations.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, MFA, identity lifecycle management, SIEM, EDR platforms, and security event investigations.
Work Location: Pune or Chennai; Shift: 24x7 rotation shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independent handling of routine IAM operations and security investigations in fast-paced, global 24x7 environments.
Strong background with Microsoft security and identity platforms and associated cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Capable of supporting compliance efforts, operational improvements, and mentoring less experienced staff within enterprise security operations.
