About This Role
- Own operational support and troubleshooting for enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, and MFA.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events and IAM incidents within SLAs, supporting identity lifecycle processes and enforcing access controls.
- Participate in compliance activities such as access reviews and audits, contribute to process improvements, runbook documentation, and mentor junior analysts in a 24x7 global security operations environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or security operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, MFA, identity lifecycle management, SIEM, EDR platforms, and security event investigations.
- Work Location: Pune or Chennai; Shift: 24x7 rotation shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independent handling of routine IAM operations and security investigations in fast-paced, global 24x7 environments.
- Strong background with Microsoft security and identity platforms and associated cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Capable of supporting compliance efforts, operational improvements, and mentoring less experienced staff within enterprise security operations.
