Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and general ledger integrity.
Perform fund accounting tasks such as capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest processing, bank reconciliations, portfolio valuations, and NAV calculations.
Support audit processes by preparing schedules, responding to auditor queries, and maintaining comprehensive accounting documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
2–4 years of experience in fund accounting or financial services.
Strong knowledge and application of IFRS and US GAAP standards.
Proficiency with accounting systems like Investran, eFront, Allvue and MS Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with fund accounting under both IFRS and US GAAP in a financial services environment, preferably private equity or fund administration.
Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy in reconciliations and financial reporting.
Capable of collaborating cross-functionally and supporting timely audit and compliance deliverables.
