Monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and cloud security platforms to identify and respond to threats.
Conduct security investigations including evidence collection, analysis, and documentation, escalating incidents as required.
Collaborate with MSSP teams, support security automation workflows, and maintain audit-ready documentation for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), Incident Response, or similar cybersecurity environment.
Working knowledge of SIEM platforms, EDR platforms, and security monitoring concepts.
Foundational knowledge of Windows, Linux, network security fundamentals, cloud security concepts, and cybersecurity frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
Any degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end security incident investigations and working within structured investigation and escalation workflows.
Familiar with security automation and SOAR platforms with ability to improve alert handling and investigation efficiency.
Comfortable collaborating with global teams and external MSSP analysts while following established operational standards.
