Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
At least 2 years of industry or research experience.
Expertise in Ethernet networking, packet processing, and performance benchmarking.
Experience with hardware and software performance analysis including throughput, latency, CPU/memory efficiency; performance characterization of pre-silicon and post-silicon platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in detailed performance analysis and optimization across Ethernet MAC, PHY, switch, NIC, and packet processing hardware.
Proficient in root-cause analysis of performance bottlenecks in hardware, drivers, and software stacks within complex system environments.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams involving architects, hardware, firmware, and driver developers to enhance Ethernet datapath performance.
