About This Role
- Maintain accurate and compliant contract and customer data throughout the order-to-cash process, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and control requirements.
- Review executed contracts and process sales orders, validating data and managing subscription and entitlement information within Salesforce and related tools.
- Identify data anomalies, risks, and renewal issues by analyzing contractual and operational data; collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Administration to resolve issues and improve data quality and operational accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or related field, or significant relevant experience.
- Experience reviewing commercial contracts and maintaining customer and transactional data in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator training required; certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce and Configure, Price, Quote tools preferred.
