Maintain accurate and compliant contract and customer data throughout the order-to-cash process, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and control requirements.
Review executed contracts and process sales orders, validating data and managing subscription and entitlement information within Salesforce and related tools.
Identify data anomalies, risks, and renewal issues by analyzing contractual and operational data; collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Administration to resolve issues and improve data quality and operational accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or related field, or significant relevant experience.
Experience reviewing commercial contracts and maintaining customer and transactional data in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Salesforce Administrator training required; certification preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Salesforce and Configure, Price, Quote tools preferred.
