About This Role
- Own technical leadership for SIEM operations, threat hunting, and SOC maturity initiatives.
- Lead investigation and root cause analysis of escalated security incidents and support full incident response lifecycle.
- Develop and optimize SIEM use cases, detection rules, and security monitoring with coordination across MSSP and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in cyber security operations.
- Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SIEM platforms, incident investigation, and threat hunting.
- Proficiency with SOAR platforms, security monitoring technologies, and knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS, ISO 27001.

- Experienced in managing and improving SOC operations with a technical SME mindset.
- Skilled in cross-team coordination including MSSP and incident response teams for timely remediation and SLA adherence.
