About This Role
- Oversee real-time operations to meet service level goals through workload distribution, adherence monitoring, and resource allocation.
- Develop and enhance operational dashboards and reporting to provide workforce insights and KPI analysis for leadership.
- Lead resolution of complex operational issues with real-time interventions to ensure SLA compliance and minimize risks.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of operational planning experience including scheduling and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of MS Access preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in operational planning/scheduling.

- Skilled at collaborating with finance and operations teams to forecast capacity and optimize resource utilization.
