Own daily application support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR and Learn, offering expert advice and functional leadership to multiple clients in a Managed Services environment.
Design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions translating business requirements into functional configurations, and provide training and coaching to colleagues.
Participate in pre-sales activities through demonstrations and guide clients with best practices and roadmap insights for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 6 years experience specifically in Oracle HCM Cloud consulting.
Functional expertise with Oracle Fusion Core HR and Learn modules; knowledge of Recruit (ORC) or Time and Labor (OTL) also required.
Strong English communication skills, both oral and written, plus documentation proficiency.
Work Experience Required: 5–6 years in Oracle HCM Cloud consulting.
