Implement and maintain EH&S and Environment Management Systems (ISO 14001) at Bangalore facility per Otis and global standards.
Coordinate training programs on safety, health, emergency response, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies including Pollution Control Board.
Manage EH&S audits, emergency response plans, fire safety equipment maintenance, legal compliance, and timely EHS reporting to corporate and authorities.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering preferred; mandatory Environmental Engineer/Officer qualification.
Mandatory Degree/Diploma in Safety Management from recognized government institute; Fire system management qualification is a plus.
Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience; preferably Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001/18001 or equivalent safety training.
