Provide backend support for real estate investment funds including investor reporting, data management, portfolio and asset control, and transaction support across property types.
Build, maintain, and validate commercial real estate data sources and extract information from public real estate fund benchmarks.
Prepare and coordinate fund performance summaries and polished investor reports for EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions, collaborating with multiple internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of experience in commercial real estate with proficiency in lease analysis, tenancy schedules, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, loan abstraction, Argus modeling, and appraisal review across all asset types.
MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Outstanding proficiency with Excel (including advanced financial modeling), PowerPoint, and Word.
On-site work location: Hyderabad, TS, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Subject-matter expert level skills in commercial real estate investment funds with direct client communication experience.
Strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and quantitative orientation with knowledge or ability to learn valuation metrics like DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, and Debt Returns.
Experience interacting with cross-functional teams in finance, asset management, strategy, research, and sustainability in a global environment.
