Serve as the primary IT liaison at the client's site, managing guest/tenant interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to specify technology requirements and provide analytic support including data extraction, report generation, and predictive analytics.
Own statutory compliance documentation for the site team, handle audits related to compliance, and ensure accurate reporting and tracking of compliance deadlines and renewals.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry; residential site experience preferred for residential roles.
On-site work location in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week; site team located in Gurgaon (client site).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of troubleshooting and coordinating maintenance projects.
Experience working in commercial or residential real estate or related industries with understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
Able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, technical, and finance departments.
