Execute procure-to-pay lifecycle tasks including purchase requests, orders, invoice exceptions, and asset record management using ServiceNow and Workday.
Maintain high data quality, meet SLAs, and support procurement reporting, metrics, and continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with procurement teams, sourcing managers, accounts payable, and business stakeholders to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
2-6 years of procurement-related experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with ERP purchase orders (e.g., Workday) and ticket-based intake systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Experience in global or federated multi-entity procurement operations with hands-on transactional execution including three-way match.
