Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex Workday Financials integrations primarily focusing on AP, AR, Banking & Settlement, and General Ledger processes.
Handle full integration lifecycle including troubleshooting integration failures, supporting production integrations, and conducting impact analysis for Workday system updates.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective integration solutions and maintain all relevant technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
5–7+ years of experience with Workday Financials integrations.
Mandatory hands-on expertise in Workday Studio; proficiency with Core Connectors (Financials), EIB, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Strong knowledge of financial processes related to invoicing, payment processing, bank file exchanges, and journal entries.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Work Experience Required: 5–7+ years in relevant Workday integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end Workday Financials integrations and support in a production environment, including incident resolution and prioritization.
Deep understanding of financial data flows and formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, ISO 20022, NACHA, and working knowledge of data transformation.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with onshore/offshore teams and cross-functional Finance stakeholders to deliver integration solutions.
