Lead and manage the Security Valuations function including daily operations and process delivery for multi-location teams (~100 members).
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, audit coordination, and risk excellence across pricing and valuation activities for diverse asset classes.
Drive process re-engineering, standardization, and automation initiatives including use of RPA and AI to improve efficiency and implement global best practices.
Minimum Requirements
12-15 years’ experience in Pricing, Settlements, Middle Office Operations, or Capital Market Operations with preference for Pricing/Valuation exposure.
Professional qualification in Management.
Experience managing large teams in multi-location environments.
Willingness to work US Pacific Time shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven senior leadership with independent decision-making and stakeholder management across internal and external parties.
Strong product knowledge across Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in implementing automation and process improvements in pricing or valuation functions within a fast-paced environment.
