Manage end-to-end Security Valuations function including daily control reports, pricing application, variance validation, and client-specific reporting.
Lead and oversee a multi-location team of approximately 100 members ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder management internally and externally.
Drive process re-engineering, standardization, and automation initiatives including implementation of global best practices and support for RPA and AI efforts.
Minimum Requirements
12-15 years of experience in Pricing, Settlements, Middle Office Operations, or Capital Market Operations with preference for Pricing or Valuations exposure.
Professional qualification in Management.
Experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
Must be willing to work US Pacific Time shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader comfortable with high-level stakeholder interaction and coordinating with external auditors across multiple locations.
Strong product knowledge in Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives including automation and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
