About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Security Valuations function including daily control reports, pricing application, variance validation, and client-specific reporting.
- Lead and oversee a multi-location team of approximately 100 members ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder management internally and externally.
- Drive process re-engineering, standardization, and automation initiatives including implementation of global best practices and support for RPA and AI efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in Pricing, Settlements, Middle Office Operations, or Capital Market Operations with preference for Pricing or Valuations exposure.
- Professional qualification in Management.
- Experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
- Must be willing to work US Pacific Time shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable with high-level stakeholder interaction and coordinating with external auditors across multiple locations.
- Strong product knowledge in Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives including automation and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
