Design, build, and maintain backend Python services using FastAPI powering Aedeon platform.
Own the end-to-end release cycle including release calendar, versioning, deployment coordination, and production support with on-call responsibility.
Manage and evolve Kubernetes deployments using Helm charts, work with AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, PostgreSQL, Temporal workflows, and monitor production health.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 6 years professional software engineering experience.
Strong Python skills, ideally with FastAPI (Django/Flask also considered).
Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployments, Helm chart maintenance, and AWS infrastructure.
Experience designing REST APIs, working with PostgreSQL, Docker/container fundamentals, and durable workflow orchestration (Temporal or similar).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical individual contributor comfortable owning full release lifecycle and production reliability.
Experienced in backend service design with close collaboration with frontend teams on API contracts.
Familiar with container orchestration, durable workflows, cloud observability, and modern CI/CD practices in a product-focused environment.
