Own the functional design, optimization, and administration of Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Security modules for the Global HR Shared Services team.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, considering cross-module dependencies and downstream impacts.
Lead Workday enhancements, implementations, organizational changes, and strategic HR technology initiatives, driving testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years experience with Workday HCM and Security, preferably in implementation or consulting environments.
Mandatory Workday HCM certification; advanced module certifications preferred.
Proven experience with Workday Recruiting configuration, business processes, and supporting releases and deployments.
Strong understanding of Workday cross-functional dependencies and downstream technologies.

Experienced with complex Workday solution architecture integrating HCM, Security, and Recruiting modules across global organizational structures.
