About This Role
- Manage and maintain vendor master records including new vendor setups and updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing and commercial terms issues.
- Provide timely reports, analysis, and information to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems such as BAAN, SAP, or Oracle; knowledge of BAAN preferred.
- Must be flexible to work in all shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in procurement or supply chain environments with vendor or master data management focus.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and transactional supplier interactions.
- Capable of maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and handling commercial pricing discussions.
