About This Role
- Own end-to-end QA process and quality assurance for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) based eCommerce platform releases.
- Lead QA efforts including documentation, stakeholder communication, and tracking in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Drive automation and API testing with tools like Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Playwright, and leverage AI-driven testing improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of total work experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SFCC domain including Business Manager and modules such as Catalog, Promotions, Orders.
- Proven expertise in automation testing using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, Playwright and API testing tools like Postman and RestAssured.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead QA teams and manage end-to-end QA lifecycle with a focus on product release quality.
- Practical knowledge of QA process ownership ensuring complete test coverage and traceability within fast-paced release cycles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including business and technical teams to manage requirements and testing scope.
