Own testing activities for web-based products including preparing test plans, functional and regression testing for sprint releases.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Playwright, Cypress or Selenium with JavaScript/TypeScript for regression suites.
Ensure security and compliance by verifying access controls, data privacy (PHI), audit logging, and secure data handling in production and pre-release environments.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of hands-on QA experience in web-based product testing.
Proficiency in manual testing (test cases, regression, smoke, cross-browser) and automation testing using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium with JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience in API testing with Postman and Swagger including auth, roles, payload, and negative cases.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (Jira or ClickUp), Agile/Scrum processes, and basic database query skills (MongoDB or SQL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable handling both manual and automated testing with attention to security and compliance controls in healthcare related data environments.
Experienced in sprint-based Agile workflows with the ability to manage test traceability and regression cycles across multiple releases.
Familiar with security testing concepts around authentication, access control, and data privacy (HIPAA or similar frameworks).
