Lead design and governance of complex cross-domain data models and trusted data products to align with enterprise and business objectives.
Drive automation and embedding of advanced data engineering pipelines, including streaming data ingestion and transformations.
Provide strategic and technical leadership in analytics engineering, setting standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for Personal Banking & Wealth Management (PBWM).
Minimum Requirements
At least 15 years experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Modelling, or related fields.
Expertise in canonical and semantic data modelling, data product governance, and enterprise-scale analytics engineering using technologies like Snowflake and dbt.
Experience with cloud-native analytical platforms on AWS including S3, Glue, Athena, IAM, and governance; knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance such as GDPR.
Work location must be in India; specific experience in Financial Services, ideally PBWM, preferred but not explicitly mandatory.

Senior leader with deep technical expertise in analytical data architecture and hands-on experience in enterprise-scale, governed environments.
