About This Role
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate support cases.
- Lead and manage the technical team, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely resolution of complex technical issues.
- Maintain hands-on involvement with issue reproduction, diagnostics, case documentation, and adherence to support and escalation processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience specifically with Power Automate and Power Apps in a support role.
- At least 2 years experience in a Team Lead role with team management responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, Power Platform security, and troubleshooting from logs and error telemetry.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and remotely with reliable internet and suitable workspace.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with 3+ years managing technical teams in Power Platform support or similar environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and supporting both canvas and model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate flows.
- Comfortable providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, handling escalations, and maintaining high support standards under SLA-driven conditions.
