Manage and maintain Oracle databases and Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 environments, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning across production and non-production setups.
Own L2 incident resolution and lead L3 troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions within agreed SLAs, including disaster recovery and failover exercises.
Coordinate with customer and internal teams, mentor junior DBAs, maintain operational documentation, and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migrations and managed services customers.
Minimum Requirements
5-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database and Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 administration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Mandatory Oracle Database Administration certification.
Willingness to participate in rotational shifts and on-call support; demonstrated experience with incident, problem, and change-management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex multi-version Oracle database environments (10g to 19c) including RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and patching lifecycle.
Proficient in troubleshooting Oracle databases, EBS application services, SQL performance tuning, and automation using shell scripting.
Capable of working in a managed-services setting, supporting multiple customers with strong customer communication and technical documentation skills.
