Design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications and reusable platform capabilities using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
Own technical design discussions, contribute to architecture reviews, platform standards, and build secure, highly available, resilient services on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
Mentor engineers and actively participate in Agile planning, estimation, execution, and delivery of microservices and databases integration.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or STEM-related field.
5-10 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, cloud security, IAM, networking, and monitoring tools.
Experience with REST APIs, event-driven services, microservices architecture, relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL/Aurora, Redis), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing enterprise-grade microservices and distributed systems in hybrid cloud environments (AWS/EKS).
Strong background in automation testing, observability platforms (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus), and performance optimization.
Proven ability to lead technical discussions, enforce platform standards, and mentor junior engineers within Agile development frameworks.
