Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native data platforms, APIs, SDKs, and microservices supporting global transactional flows on Nike cloud platform.
Collaborate with leads, architects, procurement teams, and engineering peers to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance financial procurement services.
Implement best practices in software development, data governance, platform observability, and support troubleshooting and agile DevOps operations.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of software development experience, strong foundation in distributed systems and data platforms.
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java and expertise with AWS cloud services including EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, AWS RDS.
Experience with containerized application development, Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, and familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant software development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering API-first microservices at scale within cloud-native environments, particularly AWS.
Comfortable working in agile, DevOps-oriented teams collaborating cross-functionally including finance and procurement domain.
Exposure to AI/ML development and integrating with SaaS platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba) or open-source tools (e.g., Kafka, NiFi) viewed as plus but not strict requirement.
