About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions primarily using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and support deployment, release management, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments to translate requirements into technical deliverables and participate in code reviews and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in production environments.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning App Builder.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud and familiarity with Salesforce security model including Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
- Practical knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Experienced in end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery with strong technical and integration expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and engaging effectively with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Skilled in code quality management practices such as code reviews, security best practices, and performance optimization within Salesforce ecosystems.
