Senior Software Engineer, Global Converse, ITC

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React and Node.js within a scalable, resilient cloud-native architecture.

Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-impact software in Supply Chain and Corporate domains.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business teams to define, build, and launch new or enhanced products, ensuring CI/CD integration and high code quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years professional experience in software engineering building and operating production systems.

Technical expertise in microservices architecture, domain driven design, RESTful APIs, Node.js and Python; cloud services (AWS EC2, ECS, Lambda), container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps responsibilities for deploying and supporting software in production.

Experienced working in highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams delivering supply chain, order management, or corporate technology solutions.

Proficient in cloud-native development and microservices with solid background in architecture evolution, security by design, and cost-efficient solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills addressing complex distributed systems and effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
