Manage vendor master data including creation, updates, and maintenance of vendor records.
Handle transactional interactions with suppliers and collaborate with buyer groups to resolve pricing and commercial terms.
Provide timely reports, analysis, and communication regarding vendor data and modifications to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.
0-2 years of work experience in related field.
Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems such as BAAN, SAP, or Oracle; mandatory knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Flexible to work in all shifts; location requirement: Coimbatore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience and comfort working with ERP systems, preferably BAAN, applied to vendor data management.
Ability to manage detailed transactional supplier interactions and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Capacity to provide accurate, timely analysis and reporting related to master data and pricing information.
