About This Role
- Support HEDIS, Supplemental CQL, and quality measure analysis activities including data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
- Develop and automate data processing, validation, and reporting using SQL and Python.
- Support FHIR mapping, healthcare data transformation, documentation of findings, and modernization efforts in quality measurement and healthcare reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Data Engineering, Healthcare Analytics, Quality Measurement, or Healthcare Reporting.
- Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
- Python development experience.
- Experience with GCP, Big Query, or other cloud platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced healthcare data professional skilled in SQL and Python capable of quickly learning HEDIS, CQL, FHIR, and DQME concepts.
- Analytical ability demonstrated through supporting measure development, testing, and modernization initiatives.
- Comfortable working with healthcare data standards and quality measurement processes in a data engineering context.
