About This Role
- Develop, design, and maintain the Onboarding and Lifecycle Management platform to handle identity and access provisioning at scale.
- Lead major development projects including code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting customer issues using logs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, product teams, QA, and site reliability engineering to scope and deliver scalable, high-performance software components.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience building mission-critical, reliable software.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP and RESTful APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Experienced in building and managing scalable cloud infrastructure and software for identity lifecycle and access management.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment involving product management, QA, SRE, and cross-functional teams.
