Manage and coordinate global digital asset projects end-to-end, including request workflows, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination aligned with leadership priorities.
Serve as the key liaison among cross-functional teams (Digital Asset Services, Business Groups, IT, studios, photographers) to ensure asset quality, metadata accuracy, and publishing readiness.
Support governance of digital asset standards, lifecycle management, operational metrics analysis, and ensure compliance and efficient production workflows using DAM systems like Adobe Experience Manager.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
4–7 years of experience with hands-on Digital Asset Management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar.
Strong project management experience leading digital asset/digitization projects from intake to delivery.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
