About This Role
- Lead client application upgrades to latest Duck Creek Billing versions, ensuring smooth transitions and functionality.
- Analyze, debug, and resolve issues in custom and base code post-upgrade, collaborating with development, QA, and support teams.
- Leverage Duck Creek upgrade and AI tools to create low-impact upgrade paths and automate certification processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years industry experience in system development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Duck Creek Billing product, billing concepts, and related technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience in insurance domain, especially P&C insurance software applications and software development life cycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Duck Creek Billing upgrades and customization assessments, able to independently handle upgrade risks and timelines.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with background in integrations between Duck Creek Billing and external systems like policy and payment gateways.
- Operates well in cross-functional teams, mentoring colleagues while maintaining communication with technical leads and project managers.
