Own the upgrade process of client applications to the latest Duck Creek Billing base versions ensuring seamless functionality and issue resolution.
Analyze client code and release notes to assess upgrade impacts and customize upgrade paths using Duck Creek tools and AI-driven automation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to triage issues, mentor team members, and report risks impacting upgrade schedules.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher (or foreign equivalent) strongly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in system development and implementation.
Proficiency and implementation experience specifically with Duck Creek Billing Product including billing plans, payment processing, and billing transactions.
Strong technical skills in C#, .NET, SQL Server, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and Duck Creek extensibility/configuration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with detailed assessment and debugging of software upgrades in the P&C insurance domain, particularly Duck Creek Billing.
Demonstrated capability to independently manage technical upgrade tasks and leverage automation to optimize processes.
