About This Role
- Orchestrate, govern, and optimize IT service delivery across multiple SIAM engagements, ensuring adherence to process frameworks and standards.
- Manage metrics, quality, cost, and delivery for owned products; lead service improvement initiatives and operational governance forums.
- Own end-to-end Software Asset Management lifecycle and lead daily license operations; serve as primary operational escalation for cross-vendor service incidents and risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in IT Service Management and Service Integration in multi-vendor environments.
- 5+ years experience in software license management.
- 7+ years experience in people and vendor management.
- High proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled at managing multi-vendor IT service delivery and software license operations.
- Capable of interpreting service metrics to drive corrective actions and improvements.
- Strong communicator able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead operational governance.
