About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirements engineering and delivery for conversational AI voice and contact-center automation solutions targeting US financial services.
- Translate regulated business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, including mapping US financial regulations into solution specifications.
- Partner with product, engineering, compliance, and client stakeholders to manage backlog, support UAT, drive solution design integration, and ensure compliance and auditability.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst in technology-led product, platform, or transformation delivery.
- Experience delivering requirements for conversational AI, IVR, contact-center automation, or voice-enabled applications.
- Strong knowledge of US financial services regulations (FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA) and PCI-DSS standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulated financial services domain, especially US collections and payment-data handling.
- Skilled in authoring high-quality BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and traceability matrices.
- Comfortable working in agile delivery frameworks with hands-on tooling experience (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalents).
