About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software initiatives involving ERP solutions, custom applications, integrations, and modernization.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams collaborating with architects, ERP and client technology teams to ensure technical and delivery excellence.
- Drive delivery predictability, stakeholder management, process improvements, and engineering quality across multiple teams and systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years total experience with 2-3+ years in Engineering Management or Technical Delivery roles.
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience and understanding of enterprise software architectures, APIs, integrations, and data migration.
- Experience with ERP-related solutions, custom enterprise applications, system integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Work Experience Required: 9-12 years; Location: Bengaluru, India; Employment Type: Full-time.
