About This Role
- Lead implementation and optimization of Microsoft Entra ID features including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, and secure application identity configurations.
- Own security hardening and best practices enforcement for On-Prem Active Directory focusing on tiered admin models, privileged account separation, and complex issue resolution.
- Provide technical escalation support for identity incidents, mentor engineers, and collaborate on design and integration with hybrid identity environments and third-party SaaS applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in identity and access management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID P2, Conditional Access at scale, Privileged Identity Management, and Active Directory security.
- Experience supporting hybrid Active Directory environments.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operationalizing identity security aligned with Zero Trust principles and identity-based attack mitigations.
- Proven ability to lead identity security projects including AD hardening and hybrid environment integrations.
- Capable mentor with skill in collaborating across identity architecture, security, and platform teams and providing technical escalation coverage.
