Lead implementation and optimization of Microsoft Entra ID features including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, and secure application identity configurations.
Own security hardening and best practices enforcement for On-Prem Active Directory focusing on tiered admin models, privileged account separation, and complex issue resolution.
Provide technical escalation support for identity incidents, mentor engineers, and collaborate on design and integration with hybrid identity environments and third-party SaaS applications.
Minimum Requirements
8–10 years of experience in identity and access management.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID P2, Conditional Access at scale, Privileged Identity Management, and Active Directory security.
Experience supporting hybrid Active Directory environments.
Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operationalizing identity security aligned with Zero Trust principles and identity-based attack mitigations.
Proven ability to lead identity security projects including AD hardening and hybrid environment integrations.
