Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and third-party recovery agencies to meet debt recovery targets.
Drive and monitor collections process and key performance indicators (KPIs) like resolution rates and delinquency buckets within assigned cluster.
Own delinquency rates and recovery, develop and execute strategies, ensure compliance, and prepare performance reports for the cluster.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree required.
Minimum 5 years of collections experience with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
Prior experience in bank, new-age NBFC, or Fintech preferred but not mandatory.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in collections.
