Manage end-to-end project execution including research, prioritization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver quality improvement programs.
Communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders, providing analysis and responses related to clinical impact and client needs in pay-for-value healthcare initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred (e.g., PA, NP, MBA, MPH, MS).
Minimum 3+ years professional experience; healthcare experience preferred; experience with athenaNet preferred.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python or SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Work hours are 9:30am to 6:30pm IST; strong computer literacy including advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in healthcare quality measurement with understanding of clinical quality and outcomes measurement and medical terminology/EMRs.
