Provide financial leadership and decision support to the Pune Engineering organization, including evaluating financial potential of new programs and prioritizing investments.
Manage key financial deliverables such as annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, monthly business reviews, and strategic plans for the Pune Design Center.
Act as the finance liaison for Pune Design Center across multiple finance functions, develop financial processes to improve ROI transparency and finance function efficiency, and provide financial insights on projects, SG&A, and CAPEX.
Minimum Requirements
10 years of relevant financial experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, Financial Reporting Systems (BA&R, HFM), and PowerBI.
