Lead financial management of Speaker Bureau projects, including budget monitoring, spend tracking, billing, and revenue recognition analysis.
Serve as primary contact for financial queries related to assigned projects and coordinate with account managers, finance teams, and service groups.
Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting, project close-out, and resolution of any financial discrepancies or exceptions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required.
4+ years of accounting or project finance experience required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Proficient knowledge of revenue recognition, variance analysis, unbilled/unearned revenue, cash flow management, and backlog forecasting.
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications required.
