About This Role
- Lead and coordinate technical delivery for IT projects including website, web services, and interactive marketing technologies.
- Manage and direct onshore and offshore development teams, oversee troubleshooting, debugging, and code deployment.
- Develop and approve project timelines and delivery schedules while collaborating with PM organization, Solutions Architects, and application teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school.
- 5-7 years of related Data Engineering and leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Postgres, Oracle, Databricks, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Experience managing onshore and offshore development teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong application development background in web technologies and marketing-based concepts.
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional technical teams and aligning technical deliverables with project management.
- Capable of working closely with solutions architects and interacting with clients during technical sales processes.
