Ensure reliability and performance of enterprise applications by managing incident resolution and production support following ITIL processes.
Support and troubleshoot applications built on Java, Angular, and Kubernetes, including microservices, APIs, and containerized environments.
Leverage Generative AI tools for automation, incident analysis, and improve service delivery while maintaining documentation and participating in on-call support.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Application or Production Support.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Java (Core Java, Spring Boot), Angular, Kubernetes, microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and containerized applications.
Knowledge and experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management following ITIL processes, and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting Java-based microservices and Angular applications in production environments within ITIL framework.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments with exposure to CI/CD and release support.
Skilled in applying AI-driven automation and Generative AI technologies for operational efficiency and incident management.
