Oversee daily processing and authorization of investor transactions ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Serve as escalation point for complex investor queries and support onboarding of new funds and clients by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor junior associates, contribute to process improvements, reporting, and participate in system upgrades and testing.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years experience in transfer agency operations, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of fund structures, investor servicing, AML, and KYC regulatory requirements.
Preferable location is Mumbai; flexible to work any shift including night shifts.
